Neil is a 4th year medical student at the University of Cambridge with a BA in Engineering. He has conducted research in Medical AI at Harvard Medical School, and has previously worked in MedTech consulting, and is looking forward to applying this knowledge to grow the AI in Medicine Society. Neil is particularly passionate about harnessing AI to address healthcare disparities across diverse populations.
I’m a year 5 medical student with a strong interest in programming and the application of AI to medicine! I believe that there is so much potential for it to revolutionise the way we practice medical care. I hope to spread interest in this amongst my fellow students!

Zoya is a first year PhD student in the Faculty of Law at the University of Oxford. Her research explores how intellectual property laws influence biases in medical AI. Zoya has worked for numerous health and medtech organisations and start-ups including BenevolentAI, MeditSimple, and the General Medical Council. She completed her MPhil at Cambridge in the Ethics of AI, Data and Algorithms and served as Secretary for the AI in Medicine Society in 2023/24. Zoya is excited to continue to be part of the committee again and bring insights about the ethics and laws surrounding the use of AI in healthcare.
Hello! I am Arzina and I am a fourth year in engineering. I am excited to be on the CU AIM committee as the engineering rep, so that I can collaborate with engineers and to explore the use AI to help humanity.
