You can use any email address to join the mailing list, its domain does not have be cam.ac.uk.
On submission, you'll be redirected to the University mailing list service, sympa, to subscribe with one-click. You'll then receive a confirmation email regarding your subscription. Alternatively you can find the society's list under soc-aim to subscribe directly on sympa.
